In recent times, I have had the pleasure of being invited to run a project on Pangkor Island, Perak, Malaysia.
Interestingly enough, the Pangkor Nature Guide Mentorship Programme which begun in April 2015 has reintroduced me to an island I last visited some 10 years ago and like so many places, it is a wonderful site with enormous ecotourism potentials. I now have made several new friends there and we all share the same interest and love for all things nature.
Here are some of the odd bird images I am sharing this time in the hopes to unveiling a new checklist of birds of the island soon. My list for this island is steadily building up to 53.. lets see, its going to be an interesting journey 🙂
